This policy describes how HaiPixel services are delivered, operated by Pixel Group Prime S.R.L.

Service Location

All HaiPixel services are delivered physically at our venue: Constantin Negruzzi Blvd 2/4, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. This is the address where customers attend their booked sessions.

Delivery Method

HaiPixel provides exclusively interactive entertainment services delivered on-site. No physical goods are shipped and no courier or postal services are used. Services are available during working hours: daily, 10:00 – 21:00.

Digital Vouchers

Digital vouchers purchased through the website are delivered via email to the address provided by the customer, within a maximum of 24 hours from confirmed payment.

Booking Confirmation

Customers who book gaming sessions receive an email confirmation with:

•booking date and time
•service details
•contact information
•cancellation conditions

Service Returns

As services are delivered on-site and do not involve physical goods, there are no product returns. For cancellations and refunds, please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
