“Unforgettable experience for both kids and adults! I had an amazing time with my younger brother, and we’ll definitely be coming back. PS A special shoutout to Gabi, the shift manager and staff member, who truly deserves extra praise. She provided outstanding service and helped us with everything we needed. We also did have a small issue with our booking at first, but the general manager personally reached out to me and handled everything specifically for our case. That level of care and customer service was truly impressive. The only thing I’d suggest is adding the option to leave tips by card, as unfortunately that wasn’t possible:(”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What ages is Hai Pixel for?
Ages 3 to 63. Games adapt to skill level, so a 5-year-old and an adult can play the same round and both have fun. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children for the whole visit, inside Hai Pixel and outside it, including in the Baby Hall.
How many people can play at once?
Up to 8 on one floor, all at the same time. Nobody waits in line. Bigger groups book 2 or 3 floors in one session (up to 24 players) and compete as teams.
Do I need to book ahead?
Yes, we recommend booking online or calling +373 79238617. Weekends fill up fast, so book at least 24 hours in advance.
How do I book a birthday party?
Choose your package (Party, Grand Party, or Festival) on the pricing page, then book online or call +373 79238617. Our team will contact you to arrange the details.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Clean socks are required, no shoes on the floor. If you don't have non-slip socks, you can buy them from us.
Can I order pizza or food for the party?
Yes. Pizza can be ordered for any party package, directly through the website or by phone. For Festival, full catering options are also available at additional cost.
All questions
How long is a session?
